Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others, just as we expect others to respect our rights. Title 17 USC §512(f) imposes civil penalties, including costs and attorneys’ fees, against anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents information in a notification of infringement pursuant to 17 USC §512(c)(3). I stipulate.
